Request A Web site

Before requesting a Web site, please make sure of the following:

• The requesting unit is a school, department, center, or administrative office. For management and search engine rankings most sites should be under a unit site (i.e. unit.ifas.ufl.edu/new_site).
• The site provides services on an ongoing basis, rather than time-limited events. A seminar registration for is an example of a time-limited event.
• The site content is ready to launch and there is a plan for site maintenance in place. We cannot grant space for empty web sites.
• For best rankings and functionality, course Web sites should be created in WebCT or under the department's Web site.
